Yoel Yisrael v'HaPashkavilim plot

Israel Kletzkin owns a printing press and has written and printed thousands of pashkavils, wall posters with protest slogans, in his lifetime. Today he is also the official pashkavil sticker in Jerusalem. Yoel Krause has been saving pashkavils for 20 years and owns more than 20,000. Yoel is a member of the Netoeré Karta, an ultra-Orthodox anti-Zionist movement. He has no ID card, no social security, and does not wish to have contact with government authorities. Director Lina Chaplin follows these two men and their way of life.
