Wrong Time Wrong Place plot

July 22, 2011 marks the sad day when Anders Breivik inflicted a mass slaughter of young people through a shooting on the island of Utoya as well as a bomb attack in Oslo. Various attendees from then, including family and friends of victims, tell their story and how their lives changed completely in one day. The documentary examines the role that chance played in the events.
