Winter 42/43 - Kriegswende plot

World War II turned the tide for the German military between November 1942 and March 1943. The American invasion of North Africa and the German defeat at Stalingrad undermined the belief that the Nazis were invincible. This documentary paints a picture of the special atmosphere of this time through interviews with eyewitnesses from eight European countries and excerpts from diaries, letters, notes and archive material, mainly from amateurs.
