Wim plot

Performer, choreographer and director Wim Vandekeybus grew up in a large family, founded his own creative family with the dance company Ultima Vez and in the meantime also fathered two sons. In the documentary 'Wim', Lut Vandekeybus explores her brothers' restless creativity and the way in which the different families in his life meet, inspire and clash. Based on material from performances, rehearsals, interviews and the rich family archive, she sketches an intimate portrait of Wim. A poetic and astute look at a life propelled by an urge to create.
