Wij, Rogel Raveel plot

Roger Raveel would have turned 100 in 2021. The ideal opportunity to dedicate a new documentary to perhaps the most important Belgian post-war painter, which will also be celebrated from March with a major retrospective exhibition in Bozar. Raveel was born in the village of Machelen-aan-de-Leie and stayed there all his life. It is there that the documentary makers Bertrand Lafontaine and Pieter Verbiest set out with the camera in search of witnesses who knew the artist well.
