Wiedersehen mit Brundibár plot

Director Douglas Wolfsperger follows the theater group 'Berliner Schaubühne' as they prepare their new play. When the young actors are told what is expected of them, many of them roll their eyes: it is again about the Holocaust, as if this was not discussed enough in school. But the children's opera 'Brundibar' is anything but light food. The play was first performed in 1942, in the Theresienstadt concentration camp, where the imprisoned children played it 55 times.
