One in five new mothers in the United States suffers from postpartum depression. This documentary follows Lindsay Gerszt, a mother who has been living with this for six years. The filmmakers follow her in her struggle to get out of it. In addition, there are interviews with women who have committed infanticide and families who have lost loved ones to suicide are discussed.
