When Heroes Become Legends plot

Pushing your body to its limits, why does anyone do that? Five runners take on the biggest running challenge in the Benelux: completing four ultra trails within a time frame of 10 months. To do this, they have to cover a total of 730 kilometers with more than 15,000 altimeters (almost twice the height of Mount Everest).
