Wenn Ich Weine, Schlägt Mein Herz plot

A group of street children in Bucharest live in the city's sewers. The children survive through theft, violence, drugs and prostitution. Their lives change when they get the chance to train as a circus artist. This circus school offers the street children a hot meal and clean clothes. They get a camera with which they film their nocturnal, hidden life.
