The sequel to Video Nasties: Moral Panic, Censorship and Videotape. After the infamous Video Nasties incident and the introduction of the Video Recordings Act in 1984, the UK entered a dark age of extreme film censorship, with the horror film being the biggest victim. This documentary examines the consequences of these actions, including the underground film culture that resulted.
