"How one man changed the world with a pair of scissors"

Documentary about trendsetter and stylist Vidal Sassoon, from his troubled childhood to establishing himself as a world-renowned brand. Sassoon was born to a Jewish family in the London Borough of Hammersmith. In 1954 he opened his first salon in London, followed by stores in other cities, such as New York. He became known in the 1960s as the man who launched the bob haircut. This documentary follows the life of the self-made man whose passion and perseverance took him from a Jewish orphanage in London to the top of his craft.
