Vers Mathilde plot

Mathilde Monnier is a leading French choreographer, who has been exploring unusual aspects of movement for almost twenty years 'like a true archaeologist of soul and body.' Claire Denis investigates the birth, development and performance for a radically new dance piece. The film alternates discussions between Monnier and Denis with rehearsals for Publique, with the dancers of the Center Chorégraphique National Montpellier Languedoc Roussillon.
