Vallend plot

Imagine: out of nowhere you lose control of your body. About 120,000 people in the Netherlands experience this, because they have active epilepsy. Director Jef Monté, an epilepsy patient himself, follows the young woman Joyce in this documentary. She wants to stand on her own two feet, but is prevented from doing so because she suffers from epilepsy.
