Unknown White Male plot
Sometime between 8 and 7 a.m. on the night of July 1, 2002, Doug Bruce lost himself. That morning, alone on the New York subway en route to Coney Island, he couldn't remember what his name was. He had forgotten where he worked, who his friends were, how much money was in his bank account. He had lost his identity. Unknown White Male tells the true story of Bruce, a successful speculator, who tries to figure out who he was and what to become of him. Directed by Rupert Murray, an old friend of Bruce's, this documentary chronicles this profound quest.
