Una Cierta Verdad plot

Abel García Roure spent two years following six regular customers of the Parc Taulí mental health center in Sabadell, a suburb of Barcelona. They all have the same complaints: severe psychosis, a psychological disorder that is accompanied by schizophrenia and persecution delusions. Doctors and patients who deal with this condition on a daily basis report their ordeals on camera. Thus we hear various personal experiences from, among others, Javier, who has suffered from auditory hallucinations and delusions about cosmic matters for twenty years, and from Bernat, who studies the reactions of the environment when someone admits that he suffers from this disorder.
