Un Hombre Aparte plot

Ricardo Liaño is a Spanish migrant who settled in Chile and tried to work as a boxing promoter, showbiz producer and founder of all kinds of shady companies. Now Liaño is old and poor, but he is still convinced that he is a 'winner' and that one day he will become a millionaire. Liaño proposes to the filmmakers to make a 'film about his life', instead of a documentary, with himself in the leading role, of course.
