Tungeskjærerne plot

"Small children. Big Knives."

Hidden among a row of fishermen cleaning fish, on a floor full of fish entrails, we find ten-year-old Tobias. In front of him a large box full of cod heads. He cuts the tongues out of the cod heads with unimaginable speed. In many places in the world these tongues are a delicacy. Tobias and other kids like him work in Northern Norway as tongue cutters; work reserved especially for them. They can earn a lot during the season and there are even championships. This winter, nine-year-old city girl Ylva from Oslo will also be introduced to this office.
