True Family plot

“True Family” follows Meschiya through the street corners and cafes of New Orleans. After a period of wandering and drug use, she has found her home in the birthplace of jazz. Whether on stage, on the street corner or in a café, she transports the listener to early New Orleans, where swinging Ragtime-Jazz is accompanied by home-fired bourbon and a natural swing.
