Trans-Siberia, Muistiinpanoja Leireiltä plot

The Finnish director Kanerva Cederström knows Siberia from the stories about her grandfather, who traveled along the Siberian rivers as a meteorologist. Her mother has always wanted to go to Siberia, but in her time it was forbidden territory. Now Cederström travels by train from St. Petersburg to Vladivostok. Among the recordings of the ever-changing but always impressive landscape, one reads from the notes of two people who both stayed as prisoners in the Siberian camps.
