Toutes les Vies de Kojin plot

In this very personal documentary, Diako Yazdani, a political refugee in France, returns to his family in Iraqi Kurdistan. He does this together with Kojin, a 23-year-old friend of his, who is gay and seeks his place in a world that does not want to see him. With humor and poetry, Diako confronts his family, imams and random passers-by with their irrational hatred and disgust. At the same time, it is a tribute to Kojin, who manages to survive with unyielding strength and courage in a society obsessed with religion and social status.
