The Weather War plot

Concerned about what tornadoes can wreak in the US, the Swedish director-artist duo Bigert & Bergstrom has built an installation, the Tornado Diverter. They set out with tornado chasers and battle the weather. During their mission, they discover other attacks on the weather: in China they bomb the clouds, in Italy they shoot hail from the sky to protect the vintage. Gradually, they wonder whether it makes sense to declare war on the weather. 'The Weather War' is somewhere between a road movie and climatic art performance.
