The Wasp and the Orchid plot

In 1989, under the then Minister for the Francophone Language Area Alain Decaux, television infrastructure was built in the Tunisian countryside. Television became the place where families gathered and watched programs, and the broadcasts left a strong impression on the villagers. In this film, filmmaker Saber Zammouris looks at the influence that the arrival of television had on the Tunisian countryside and tells the story of those who left the villages to settle in France. Do they search for the images they once saw, and do they find what they are looking for?
