The Other Side of the Mountain plot

In the hilltop city of Chongqing, a painter searches for the old apartment where he and his parents used to live. He asks locals for directions, ends up in narrow passages between buildings and calls his 90-year-old mother to ask if he is on the right track. But the city has changed beyond recognition. From behind the camera, his daughter records the search.
