The Other Side of the Ice plot

In 2009, Sprague Theobald and his family set sail for the infamous Northwest Passage, the Arctic sea route that connects the Atlantic to the Pacific. Since 1906, a staggering number have died trying to navigate this route. From Newport through the Arctic and down to Seattle, it's a five-month, 8-mile journey, fraught with deadly danger from ice and severe weather. Pain and unspoken distrust within the previously broken family also do not make the journey any easier.
