Ninety-year-old Imelda Marcos looks sadly at the poverty in Manila from her car. Later, the former First Lady takes out a thick pile of banknotes for the begging compatriots she passes. And a little later, a lot of money, when visiting young cancer patients. Imelda, a modern Marie Antoinette, says she wants to make the Philippines a paradise again. But how does she actually get all that money? While Marcos herself is constantly selling her own goodness, activists and political opponents tell their stories.
