The Directors plot

They have been around for almost twenty-five years now, the band The Directors, which consists of mainly Dutch filmmakers such as Ate de Jong, Dick Maas, Huub Stapel and Esmé Lammers and the singer Monique Kleman. On the occasion of that anniversary they are recording a new song. The Directors is a documentary about friendship, opposing personalities, aging, ambitions and illusions.
