The Concrete Curtain plot

The documentary is set around Jerusalem, or rather, the new border between Jerusalem and Abu Dis. That border did not grow naturally, there was once no border at all between Jerusalem and the West Bank, and that border is constantly being changed to keep as many Palestinians out of Jerusalem as possible.
