The Breath of the Orchestra plot

The recently deceased, according to many a genius Dutch conductor Frans Brüggen (1934-2014) founded the Orchestra of the Eighteenth Century in 1981 together with friends. The musicians, all specialists in eighteenth- and early nineteenth-century music, play on original instruments from the time or copies thereof, in order to approach as closely as possible what the composer had in mind. According to one of the musicians, they want to be on the edge of what is possible with music.
