The Birds Shall Return plot

Three generations of Palestinians are resisting the occupation of their homeland by passing their stories on to the next generation. Testimonies from grandmothers and third-generation Palestinians from Jordan and the Netherlands in this film show how passing stories down through the generations is an act of resistance. From memories of a paradise, now out of reach, to the harsh reality of the struggle against the occupation of their homeland.
