Tarifa Traffic: Death in the Straits of Gibraltar plot

Tarifa is located at the very tip of Spain and is known as surfers' paradise. On the other side, about twenty kilometers away, you can see the coast of Morocco. It is an idyllic holiday resort for sun-tanned surfers, but a Red Cross employee says he is reluctant to enter the beach. He knows what he can find there at night and early in the morning: numb, hypothermic African refugees or worse: the bodies of drowning people who did not survive.
