Survive and Advance plot

In 1983, North Carolina State Wolfpack, led by coach Jim Valvano, held their ground in the postseason by winning nine all-or-nothing games in a row — including seven that they lost in the last minute — and more Michael Jordan and Ralph Sampson. This unlikely squad played in the national championship against the No. 1 NC State was one of the biggest ever underdogs in the final game, arguably one of the best school basketball games ever, ending with one of the most recognized odds of all time.
