Struggles in Steel: The Fight for Equal Opportunity plot

When a local TV station reported on the shutdown of the major steel mills in the Pittsburgh area, former black worker Raymond Henderson noticed that not a single black worker was in the picture. And that while they were a crucial part of that for 125 years. For many years he was a worker, point of contact for colleagues and a civil rights activist. Together with his longtime friend and filmmaker Tony Buba, he started working on a historical document that would do justice to the role of this group, both in the factories and in the unions.
