Stockholm, My Love plot

'Stockholm, My Love' is a travelogue in which the director takes the viewer on a tour through the Swedish capital. At the same time, the purpose of this work was to explore the central character Neneh Cherry. The film follows her footsteps through the streets of her hometown as she journeys to recover from tragedy. This one happened exactly a year earlier. Now she struggles with depression and faces a lot of grief. To get rid of that, she travels through the city and explores buildings, bridges and a cinema. Each place reveals more about her state of mind. She reflects on her experience as an immigrant and on her relationship with her father.
