Stand plot

Basketball star and social justice activist Mahmoud Abdul-Rauf led a courageous life. Born Chris Jackson, he overcame huge adversity to make it to the NBA and found his true calling when he converted to Islam. However, his decision not to stand for the national anthem turned him from child prodigy into pariah.
