"Masters of Cinema Under the Midnight Sun"

Sodankylä is a small town in Finland, near the Arctic Circle. It has been the site of the renowned Midnight Sun Film Festival for 25 years. In addition to being an eminent film historian and director, Peter von Bagh has also been a film festival director in Sodankylä in Northern Finland since 1986. He edited hours of festival footage, featuring countless famous directors, into an ode to classic and contemporary cinema.
