Slow - Langsam Ist das Neue Schnell plot
Documentary maker Sascha Seifert takes the viewer into the world of the snail. She shows the beauty and grace of these slow mollusks in their natural habitat, the forest. But these peaceful creatures can also be found in bushes, hedges, fields, trees and meadows. Snails progress at their own pace, apparently without any sense of pressure from their environment. In addition, the small animals can slide, clamber and dive, exploring the world at their own 'speed'. Although the small, slimy creatures are all around us in our living space, they are rarely seen. But in this documentary they are heard all the time.
