Sloboda pod Nákladom plot

"The most important thing about the mountains is freedom," says a protagonist in this documentary. He is one of the porters in the High Tatras in Slovakia. With hundreds of kilos on their backs, they withstand blizzards and deep snow. Their craft is not only a job, but also a way to rest. 'Freedom under Load' follows the oldest generation of carriers. Every day they bring new supplies to the mountain huts. The documentary shows why they have chosen this life and why they will continue until they can no longer.
