Sleutelaar Is Hier plot

Hans Sleutelaar is sometimes called 'the silent poet'. He is now over eighty, and after decades of wandering, he is back in his hometown of Rotterdam. There he is seen as a legend, which surprises him. He wants to write one last poem for his recently deceased wife, but how much time does Sleutelaar have left?
