Shang Fang plot

In this documentary, Zhao Liang shows the fate of some Chinese citizens who have been fighting corruption and unfair treatment of the government for years. Anyone who feels wronged in China or wants to file a complaint can contact a special complaints office in Beijing. But you sometimes have to be patient for years, with the result that the complainants have started to form their own village community. They do not escape intimidation and imprisonment, because they are experienced as a cancer stain. In psychiatric institutions they are forced to serve as guinea pigs for drug testing. Their “city” was razed to the ground for the Olympics.
