"An inside look at the world of competitive table setting"

'The Olympic Games of Table Setting' is what the participants themselves call the highly competitive event that is the subject of Set! Every year during the Orange County Fair a table setting competition takes place in which various women from the region compete against each other. For these ladies from the upper class, setting the dining table is not a chore, but a creative sport in which they put everything into it. Months in advance, they start collecting crystals, props and table linen, and they begin work on the design that they hope to win the coveted 'Best of Show' ribbon.
