Separado! plot

Star Trek meets The Buena Vista Social Club in this psychedelic road movie in which Gruff Rhys (Super Furry Animals) searches for his South American relatives. Rhys discovered the family branch in the 1970s when his poncho-wearing uncle caused a furore with a strange mix of Welsh traditionals and Latin love songs. Dressed in a kind of bad Power Rangers outfit, he travels through Patagonia, gets to know his distant relatives and ends up in the most bizarre situations.
