Scènes de Chasse au Sanglier plot

Claudio Pazienza sets off from a wild boar hunt, a taxidermist (animal mounter) and a faithful replica of Jules-Etienne Marey's chronophotographic rifle - which allows one to take successive photos to capture movement - for a journey through the statute of the images in his own imagination. Ultimately, this documentary mainly evolves into an essay about death.
