Since Wayne Rooney retired from international top football in 2004, he has been part of the circle of the best players in the world every year. He is the all-time captain and goalscorer of both Manchester United and the England national team. In this documentary we see never before seen images of the football star. Talking freely to Gary Lineker, he returns to the streets of Liverpool and to the people who played a key role in his rise.
