Roger Raveel: De Schilder, de Dood en de Muze plot

Roger Raveel already had a museum named after them in his native village Machelen-aan-de-Leie. The film shows the painter in the twilight of his life. A man who says goodbye to life and painting. His wife Zulma, who had been his muse for half a century, passed away in 2009. A period of silence followed. The film follows the old master during the preparations for his last major retrospective at the Museum of Modern Art in Arnhem.
