Rockin' Ramona plot

Documentary that offers a look back at the 'Indo-Rock' that, before it was taken seriously in the Netherlands and formed the beginning of the 'Nederpop', could come to fruition in the 1950s, especially in Germany. Ex-musicians, including Ronny Neyndorff, Woody Brunings and Harry Koster, shed light on their heyday. Archive images show how conservative Netherlands dismissed the first Dutch rock 'n roll as 'jungle music' because it was played by Indo-Dutch people.
