Riverboom plot

After 9/11, young journalist Claude Baechtold finds himself in the war zone of Afghanistan. Not entirely voluntarily, the self-proclaimed anti-militarist from French-speaking Switzerland is taken on a tour of the entire country by two intrepid reporters. Using impressive archive material, which was until recently considered lost, Baechtold records in his humorous road movie documentary how he unintentionally becomes a war journalist and is therefore able to deal with his own personal setbacks.
