Rhapsody in Two Languages plot

Rhapsody in Two Languages is an urban symphony film reminiscent of the work of Walter Ruttmann and Dziga Vertov, a paean to 1930s Montreal that contrasts old and new: horse-drawn carts, flashy new cars, bustling streets and wild nightlife, with overlays and swirling shots that suggest just how out of control things can get when the sun goes down.
