In Siberia, Russian scientists Sergey and Nikita Zimov are trying to turn back time to the Ice Age to prevent the melting of the permafrost and a climate catastrophe. They believe that the reintroduction of large herbivores can stop this process. Their experiment could mean the return of the mammoth and possibly save humanity. The melting of the permafrost, which contains millions of tons of methane, is considered one of the greatest environmental threats. Sergey Zimov thinks he has found a solution.
