Prosecutor plot

"Law. No order."

Portrait of Luis Moreno-Ocampo, the first chief prosecutor of the International Criminal Court in The Hague. In 2009, his first trial reaches the courtroom: Congolese Thomas Lubanga is accused of war crimes.
