Pray for Our Sinners plot

Filmmaker Sinéad O'Shea returns to her birthplace of Navan to investigate Ireland's recent, often-hidden past. The film reveals how the Catholic Church profoundly impacted daily life, from education to family life. Before the legalization of abortion in 2018, unmarried pregnant women were marginalized. The Church dictated morality, and protest was rare.
